In Feburary of 2025 I started this project as my capstone assignment for school, it became much more than an assignment. Throughout the semester I spent time with people in the OKC homeless community, working alongside Feed His Sheep to pass out lunches, listen to their stories, and get to know the people behind the statistics. I turned those conversations, personal stories, and research into a project that explores the humanity of homelessness and the systemic barriers that make stability so difficult to achieve. More than anything, I wanted to make something that sees people as people first, and leaves you thinking about them long after you’ve walked away.
